MAKRIS GIALOS

Just 25 km northeast from the town of Zakynthos, this little gulf has a wonderful pebbled beach, and there
are some umbrellas. The sea deepens abruptly, so it is not recommended for children. The landscape is wild,
with great rocks over the beach, and majestic. You can swim in the caves too. Μόνο 25 χλμ. βορειοανατολικά
της πόλης της Ζακύνθου, ο μικρός αυτός κολπίσκος έχει μια υπέροχη παραλία με βότσαλα και άμμο, ενώ
υπάρχουν λίγες ομπρέλες. Η θάλασσα βαθαίνει απότομα, γι’ αυτό δεν συστήνεται για παιδιά. Το τοπίο είναι
άγριο, με τους πελώριους βράχους πάνω από την ακτή, και μαγευτικό. Μπορείτε να κολυμπήσετε και στις
σπηλιές.

When a freightliner washed up on the beach of
St. George in the 1980s, no one could ever im-
agine the eerie, exotic picture the shipwreck cre-
ated in the contrast of the fine, white sand and
the emerald waters. Famous like a carte post-
al, Navagio is accessible only by sea. Before you
start, get informed for the applied conditions of

τσιγαράδικο ξεβράστηκε το ’80 στην παραλία
του Αγίου Γεωργίου, κανείς δεν φανταζόταν το
απόκοσμο αποτέλεσμα που δημιούργησε το
κουφάρι του πλοίου στη λευκή αμμουδιά με
τα γαλάζια νερά. Το Ναυάγιο είναι προσβάσιμο
μόνο από τη θάλασσα. Για τις προϋποθέσεις
